In these fields, he has gained 25+ years of senior management experience working in leadership roles with multinational corporations, governments, international organisations, start-ups, and family businesses across five continents in multiple industries, including Automotive, Banking and Capital Markets, Consumer Products, Energy Resources and Industrial, Insurance, Government and Public Services, Life Sciences and Health Care, Retail and Food, Technology Media and Telecommunications.
In 2009, after 10 years spent in international consulting firms with leadership roles (Deloitte Consulting, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen), he founded Testorelli Consulting.
He is presently the Head of Academic Programmes at H-Farm College (Italy) – University of Chichester (UK), where he oversees the MSc International Business, BSc (Hons) International Business Studies, BSc (Hons) Digital Economics and Finance, and BSc (Hons) Management and Data Science.
He also serves as the Scientific Director of the Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) in collaboration with the Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM), as well as the Master in Management (MiM) in collaboration with the Luxembourg School of Business (LSB).
He is a University Professor in the fields of Business Strategy and Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Digital Transformation at the H-Farm College (Italy) – University of Chichester (UK), as well as an Adjunct Professor in the fields of Business and Engineering Economics, Innovation, and Project Management at the University of Padova, Department of Management and Engineering (Italy).
He earned a PhD in Management Engineering, an MSc in Electronic Engineering, and an MSc in Management Engineering from the University of Padova, where he conducted scientific research on the subject of Management.
